Holy Land Pilgrimage

Check - in airline, enjoy inflight amenities on-board. Arrival Cairo, capital of Egypt. Meet and assist upon arrival at the airport, then transfer to your hotel for check-in. Enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel before settling in for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, visit the Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx. After lunch, explore the Egyptian Museum, Papyrus, and Perfume Shops, followed by a visit to Old Cairo (about 1 hour) to see the Hanging Church. Dinner is an open buffet with a belly dance show on a Nile cruise.

Drive from Cairo to Dahab, followed by dinner and an overnight stay. At 01:00 AM, climb Sinai Mountain by camel to enjoy the breathtaking sunrise, then transfer back to the hotel for breakfast.

Visit St. Catherine Monastery, then enjoy lunch. Afterward, transfer to the Taba border to depart for Israel. Drive to Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, visit Bethlehem, passing Rachel’s Tomb and Shepherd’s Field on the way. Explore the Church of Nativity and St. Catherine’s Church, then proceed to the Old City to see the Pool of Bethesda, where Jesus healed a blind man. Visit Temple Mount, also known as the Dome of the Rock, and the Wailing Wall, the most sacred site for Jews. Follow the Stations of the Cross on the Via Dolorosa, from the Chapel of Flagellation to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, where we will reflect at the last station. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem.

After breakfast, we begin with a procession along the Palm Sunday Road to Dominus Flevit, where Jesus wept over the destruction of Jerusalem. Continue to the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations, which houses the rock where Jesus prayed in agony. Drive to the Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of Old and New Jerusalem, then visit the Church of Ascension and the Pater Noster Church, where Jesus taught the “Our Father” in many languages. Next, we drive to Jericho, the oldest known city in the world, to view Mount Temptation and the famous Sycamore Tree. Visit Qumran and enjoy some time at the Dead Sea.

After breakfast, we visit Mt. Zion and the Room of the Last Supper, where the Holy Spirit descended upon the Apostles. Then, we visit the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu, built on the house of Caiaphas, where Jesus was tried. We proceed to Caesarea Maritima to see the Aqueduct. Next, we travel to Haifa to visit the Basilica of Mt. Carmel, Muhraqa, and the Bahá'í Shrine and gardens. Then, we head to Cana, where Jesus performed the miracle of turning water into wine, and couples can renew their vows. Dinner and overnight in Nazareth or Tiberias.

After breakfast, drive to Yardenit, the traditional site of Jesus' baptism by John the Baptist, where you can renew your baptismal vows. We also visit Ksar El Yahud, believed to be the original baptismal site. Then, proceed to Capernaum, where Jesus began His ministry and performed miracles. Next, visit Tabgha to see the Church of the Primacy of St. Peter and the Church of the Multiplication of Loaves and Fishes. Continue to the Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount. Finally, visit the Church of the Transfiguration on Mount Tabor before heading to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, visit the Church of the Annunciation, home to the cave where the Angel Gabriel announced to Mary she would bear a child. Also, visit Joseph's Workshop, where Jesus spent His childhood. Enjoy a boat ride, then transfer to Sheikh Hussein Bridge. Dinner and overnight in Amman.

After breakfast, we tour the beautiful city of Petra, known as the “Rose City.” This 2,000-year-old Nabatean capital is one of the world’s wonders. Enjoy a horse ride through the scenic Siq and walk to the Treasury, a stunning rose-colored building carved from rock. Dinner and overnight in Wadi Rum.

After breakfast, enjoy a jeep tour to Madaba to visit the Monastery of St. George, home to the unique 6th-century mosaic map of Egypt, Jordan, and the Holy Land, believed to be the first map of the region.
